Abstract
Non-radioactive methods for the detection of nucleic acids by hybridization on blots have found increasing acceptance in recent years. This has been made possible by the development of detection chemistries based on chemiluminescence, which can provide greatly improved sensitivity over earlier colorimetric techniques.
