Abstract
In 349 RA patients, the activity and toxicity of slow-acting antirheumatic drugs (SAARD) were analysed in retrospect. Some patients who presented toxic side-effects and failed to respond to one of these drugs were put on a regimen with another SAARD. Only data on adverse reactions, necessitating interruption of treatment, are presented here.
