Abstract
The pharmacokinetic profile of benoxaprofen following a single oral administration of 600 mg was studied in twelve elderly subjects. Six received concomitantly 40 mg of frusemide and six received 10 ml of Dorbanex. These findings are compared to the previously determined pharmacokinetic profile of benoxaprofen in elderly subjects at St John’s Hospital, London SW11.
