Abstract
In order to give a broad basis for correlation of satellite data with ground-based measurements for the solar event of February 25, 1969, a collection of ground-based observations centred on this period has been made. The data presented include solar measurements (magnetic fields, radio emission, sunspots) and effects caused on the earth (ionospheric effects, magnetic measurements and neutron monitor data).
