Abstract
The pollution of air and water, traffic congestion, reception of immigrants — these are problems of today. They are today’s problems because newspapers, television and parliaments are preoccupied with them. It can certainly be useful to project for the year 2000 the dimension that today’s problems will then have. But, I think that since it has been decided that this stage of the project is a prospective one, it can and it should advance something on the problems of tomorrow.
