Abstract

In the last two decades a large number of investigations has been published, which deals with scattering of electromagnetic waves inside the inhomogeneous troposphere. By the conception “inhomogeneous troposphere” we mean the fact that the refractive index which is a physical parameter relevant to propagation, is a random function in time and space.
