Myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, cor pulmonale, syphilis, and pulmonary embolism
In this chapter a number of unrelated conditions may be dealt with briefly. Most of them are not well understood and the first two, myocarditis and cardiomyopathy, are not single diseases, but groups of diseases which resemble each other.
