Abstract
Since in these discussions we are mainly concerned by the existence and the properties of electronic collective excitations, a preliminary remark must be made on the interpretation of ESR line-shapes of triplet excitons. This is that the stochastic theories of line-shapes, often utilized by molecular spectroscopists, have been built up for paramagnetic systems for which intersite couplings are usually weak, or randomized, with respect to local fluctuation parameters, hence in the absence of electronic collective excitations, see for instance refs. 1, 2 and references therein.

Note, however, that when isotopic traps are present, the-trap to-trap resonance interaction V is very weak, then we can observe broad resonances of trap sites.
