The Impact Of Electric Field Dependence of Diffusion Coefficients on Microchip Separations

Abstract

In this work, we describe a method to measure diffusion coefficients for single-stranded and double-stranded DNA as a function of the separation field. We found that diffusivity is strongly field-dependent with or without the presence of a sieving matrix.
