Abstract

It is to me a very rare privilege indeed to be present at this conference and to participate in it. I cannot claim to represent developing countries generally, because as the last speaker said we are spread all over the world, covering practically three quarters of the globe and we have our very distinct social, economic and development problems and thus we cannot be grouped together in one sense and no one can say that he actually represents the interests of these developing countries in their various forms.
