Abstract

The loading of tot P to Neusiedlersee in 1977 was 40% from point-sources and 60% from non-point-sources. In order to reduce the loading from point-sources, simultaneous precipitation with Fe+2 seems at present to be the most attractive method and has been in use since the beginning of 1979. The estimates of the loading from non-point-sources included here should aid future decisions on which management policy to pursue in the future.
