Abstract

Among the inborn errors of metabolism the clinical and electrophysiologic data of the Tay-Sachs disease, Niemann-Pick disease, Lowe’s syndrome and familiar hyperlipo-proteinemia are presented. Most remarkable is the unusual disorder of the eyeground associated with an extinct ERG in the case of the hyperlipoproteinemic blind boy.
