Abstract
The Mental Health Association in the United States has been active for many years in securing those Rights of Children which are particularly associated with mental health and mental illness. The experiences and observations of this paper are those of one who has been an active, vocal, participating volunteer in the Mental Health Association for twenty-five years. They are shared in the spirit and hope that all children may come closer to full enjoyment of all their rights.
