A Methodology for Graphical Identification

We give a graphical identification methodology which is based on a pattern recognition technique. The sampled responses of a parametered family are used as data for a factorial analysis of correspondences method. By a judicious sampling, the principal factorial plane is a good picture for the parameters estimation, in the sense that the isovalue lines are quasi- orthogonal. The experimental response is projected on the factorial axes from which the parameters are easily picked out.
