A Modified and Simple McMaster Technique

A modified McMaster technique is described. The technique involves the use of inexpensive disposable materials (polystyrene cups and gauze). Comparative testing showed it to be sufficiently reliable for routine diagnostic examinations of bovine faecal samples for trichostrongyle eggs.
