Abstract
Complications subsequent to flexible bronchofiberscopy are as follows:

1.
Dyspnea caused by narrowed air passage;

2.
Pneumoria caused by an unsanitary flexible bronchofiberscope;

3.
Intoxication due to lidocaine;

4.
Pulmonary hemorrhage secondary to biopsy, curettage and brushing, and
-
5.
Pneumothorax caused by transbronchial lung biopsy.
