Summary

The objective and the status of working party 6 of the Concerted Action 64b-bis of the European Community is summarized. Till now there are 1383 different mass-spectra of identical or different organic pollutants collected. Further activities will be to continue this collection and to characterize the advantages and disadvantages of the different library search methods.
