Abstract
Our intention is to show the connections between praxiology and technology. These connections are numerous, because praxiology is the science of action, and technology constitutes action itself. This statement however is too general to convey much. We must accordingly analyse these two fields as closely as can be done in an article of average length. This is why we present here the definitions, branches and fundamental concepts of technology, their respective scope and connections with other fields, in order to compare them with their counterparts in praxiology and then to formulate some concluding remarks.
