Abstract

No doubt, one of the most important tasks for a descriptive theory of legal science is the analysis of actual juristic sentences. However, in juristic discourse (legal doctrine, or legal dogmatics) sentences of different kinds are met. To which among them is it proper to’ pay special attention? In the existing literature reductionist tendencies sometimes prevail. On the one hand, juristic discourse is often reduced to a set of sentences of just one kind only. On the other hand, each author usually ascribes to these sentences a univocal meaning by means of a stipulation.
