Abstract

In this paper I will discuss the character of the relations between the legal system and the society as a whole. The concept of a legal system can be the object of investigation without significant attention (l) to the problem of its legitimacy(2). A well-known example of this is H.Kelsen’s pure theory of law, where the mere identity (social cognizance) and efficiency(3) of the system constitute the content of the source of validity, the basic norm.
