Data Evaluation in the Development of QSAR

  • Conference paper
QSAR in Environmental Toxicology

Abstract

Descriptors of environmental distribution, structure, properties and effects of chemicals are discussed. It is stressed that the quality of quantitative structure—activity correlations depends on the information content of the descriptors.
