Abstract
Calibration of a new thromboplastin against an already calibrated one may be considered as a problem of determining the relationship between two different quantifications of a coumarininduced coagulation defect. One quantification (say X) corresponds with the new thromboplastin, the other quantification (say Y) corresponds with the already calibrated one.
