Abstract
In the preceding chapters we have used the concept “concentration of decision making” to aid in quantifying similarities and differences across delivery systems in the same policy area in two different societies. As we turn our attention to medical care delivery systems, we wish to demonstrate that the same concepts and measurement strategies can be useful for understanding other sectors of public policy.
