Abstract

The orbital status is reviewed for the very faint Jovian and Saturnian satellites discovered by the Voyager spacecraft and from the ground in recent years, with particular attention to observational and theoretical problems regarding future recovery and stability. Various recent theories are then summarized for gravitational interactions between satellites and ring particles and between the ring particles themselves.
