In Situ Combustion Performance Using the Oil-Displaced/Volume-Burned Method

  • Chapter
Reservoir Engineering Techniques Using Fortran

Abstract

The program essentially performs a set of computations using the Fassihi, Gobran, and Ramey algorithm for the oil-displaced/volume-burned method for in situ performance predictions. These authors claim that the method can be used to provide accurate engineering and economic evaluation for designing and monitoring in situ combustion projects.
