Abstract

We describe a model for radical initiated, irreversible gelation in which kinetics are explicitly included. This model has been studied using computer simulation methods which allow determination of the cluster size distribution as well as the bulk properties. Although certain features of the behavior are percolationlike, other properties are quite different. We shall review the behavior of this model and relate the results to those for other models.
