Abstract
Our first speaker this session is Professor Alfred Sand from the School of Public Health at the Université Libre in Brussels. Professor Sand began his medical career as a general practitioner and then became a paediatrician and child psychiatrist. He is now involved in research on psychosocial health issues, particularly in the fields of child development, family health, and mental health.
