Abstract

This paper will cover the basic principles of a frequency domain adaptive filter and implementation of surface acoustic wave (SAW) analogue Fourier transform processors in order to perform the forward and inverse Fourier transformations. A practical realisation of this kind of filters which employs a cascade of forward and inverse SAW Fourier transform processors interconnected via a digital interface will also be presented, Figure 1.
