Abstract
In the chapter on “God’s Reality” it was suggested that Hartshorne’s emphasis on God’s relativity or relatedness is designed to bring to the fore the religious claim that God really loves us. To regard God as absolute in all respects is to violate this basic belief in God’s all-pervading love. In this chapter, we shall examine what Hartshorne says regarding divine goodness and love as well as on the problems of evil and immortality.
