Abstract

Living cells are highly complicated and active systems. They divide, change their morphology, move and, in general, perform a seemingly infinite number of functions. Therefore one expects that the system components of these systems are organized into dynamic structures rather than in rigid ones. This concept includes the possibility that many components of the cells are quite mobile, at least temporarily or under certain conditions.
