Abstract
A systematic approach to the design and framework of integration of an IEM was presented in Chapter 4 in terms of systems analysis. A system was assumed to consist of a set of interdependent elements which form a unified whole. A satellite concept of integration was then discussed in Section 4.4 in order to operationalize the mutual dependence between various modules within the framework of a systems approach.
