Abstract
Bucher et al.1 have reported the synergistic hepatotrophic action of glucagon and insulin in eviscerated partially hepatectomized rats. Likewise, Farivar et al.2 also demonstrated that mortality is reduced in mice infected with murine hepatitis virus when both glucagon and insulin are administered.
