Abstract
The admonition “If you don’t know where you’re going you’re liable to wind up somewhere else” is appropriate at the beginning of a discussion on MBR data analysis, since the best procedure to use depends on whether we want to: 1) compare our results with previous observations; 2) compare them with generic models; or 3) test individual models.
