Time Variability of the X-Ray Emission from Seyfert Galaxies

We present the preliminary results on the analysis of some X-ray light curves of Seyfert galaxies. Two different types of variability are distinguished: one characterized by coherent components and the other by chaotic processes. Phase space analysis indicates also that the latter is related to deterministic chaos.
