Abstract
Diarrheal disease is still a major problem in developing countries such as Indonesia which has a high incidence and mortality rate. The National Program on Oral Rehydration was started in order to decrease the incidence and the mortality of childhood diarrhea in Indonesia. In general, acute diarrhea is ‘self-limited’, but when it is followed by complications, the management (feeding management) is not normal [12].
