Abstract
It is well known that the formation of small amounts of antibodies (ab) to ingested proteins is a normal physiological occurrence. Low levels of antibodies to proteins in nutrients can therefore be demonstrated in nearly all persons, provided the test method used is sensitive enough. This is also true for antibodies against gliadin (AGA).
