Dispersion Managements on Soliton Transmission in Fibers with Lumped Amplifiers

Abstract

Radiations of continuous spectra and collision induced time jitters at lumped amplifiers in adiabatic soliton transmission systems can be reduced to negligible level by means of properly designed dispersion management schemes.
