Abstract
The protection of environment has become a mandatory requirement for everyone. Through its various research activities, the CEA has developed a know-how and efficient techniques which should meet the various requirements associated with these problems. Amongst the technologies developed by the CEA (separation techniques, thermal treatment), biological techniques may be applied in a wide variety of cases.
