Abstract

MALLICK:I wonder whether there is another biochemical marker of light chain nephrotoxicity that might be more valuable than the ones we have been considering. It is really a pity that the pi of light chains has not proved to be a more obvious marker of damage, because that would have really helped out: something between biochemistry and the clinician would have been really valuable.
