Measurements of Tcbr at 1. 3 MM
The determination of TCBR at 1.3 mm is particularly interesting because it lies just at the peak of the Black-Body spectrum, where deviations can be most likely (Matsumoto et al., 1988). However, measurements at this wavelength are extremely difficult from the ground.
