A 75 years old man presented with a one year long history of successive visual deterioration he had noticed in his right eye. On examination it was found that v.a. was only CF in his right eye, and a slightly protruding whitish lesion was seen in the right macula. Patient serum was analyzed for Toxocara canis immunology and was found positive. The lesion was examined with standardized echography and fluorescein angiography. The results will be described.
