Dissociation of Subunit III from Chloroplast ATP synthase after Modification with EITC

Abstract

We were aiming in obtaining informations on the topological organisation of the membrane part of the chloroplast ATP synthase. For this we investigated the rotational mobility of EITC labelled CF0CF1, which was reconstituted into liposomes.
