Abstract

Studies of global warming and myriad allied fields are generating volumes of information. More and significant information diversity maybe expected. Means are needed to deal with diversity and growth in each of many venues: the research, education and public arenas. To help synthesize information handling resources, GLOWNET, a clearinghouse network model, is proposed for consideration.
