Intermittency of the velocity field inertial range statistics has been widely investigated by means of the scaling laws of the velocity increments structure functions
$$ F_n \left( r \right) \equiv \left\langle {\left| {\delta _r v} \right|^n } \right\rangle \sim r^{\varsigma n} $$
where the anamalous exponents ζ n differ from the Kolmogorov [1] law ζ n = n/3.
