Abstract

Collaborative management and administrative examination and approval requires a large amount of data exchange across different management systems. In order to solve the problem of data format between different management systems and ensure the security and integrity of data exchange, using the data exchange sub-platform in walling management platform of Jinan city as an example, a new scheme of data exchange platform based on IPSec and XML is presented. This scheme use XML to realize the standardization of data and achieve reliable transmission of data using IPSec.
