Web-Based Information System Construction of Medical Tourism in South Korea

This paper aims to find the weak points of South Korea’s medical tourism websites construction by relevant websites’ situation analysis. Customer attraction, customers’ information gathering, medical treatment plan design service, support service, and aftercare feedback are selected as first evaluation standards. And several secondary evaluation items are included under each item. The weak points of South Korea’s web-based information system in medical tourism are shown through the compassion analysis with tourism information sites in the conclusion part.
