Abstract

With the deepening of the University Electronic platform, various business systems achieve close sharing of data, but data sharing is generally limited in basic business data. We lack the understanding of shared statistical data. The sharing process of statistical data is limited to verbal or one-time providing and lack the supporting of effective information technology, which is not conducive to an authorized history dating back. In order to solve the above problems, the author proposed and designed a statistical data sharing scheme for college management, which unify the approval of statistical data applying, archive working mechanism of the application and authorization of statistical data and facilitate data authorization, history traced, management and sharing of statistical data.
