Research on Practice Teaching of Law in the Provincial Institutions of Higher Learning

Abstract

Practice teaching is a breakthrough in improving quality of personnel training for law offered by the provincial institutions of higher learning. But there are many problems such as management system, evaluation system, teaching faculty, teaching environment for practice teaching in the provincial institutions of higher learning at present. On the problems aforesaid, we shall establish and improve evaluation system for practice teaching, strengthen building of the double-type teachers, increase investment in practice teaching of law and construct a convenient and practical base for practice teaching to enhance quality of practice teaching of law in the provincial institutions of higher learning through gradual realization of normalized management of practice teaching of law.
