Abstract
This paper proposes a service-oriented hierarchical architecture of regional health information service platform with five layers based on concept of cloud computing, and points out the key indicators of platform service level agreement. From views of system security and health information privacy preserving, it also puts forward a security model of the platform and a health information sharing model based on individual permission.
