Medical and health care is underserved in rural areas in China. To solve this problem, a collaborative medical and health working platform is proposed, which combines Information Processing System and Computer Aided Diagnosis System. It provides eight key technologies, which are Statistics Survey, Information Collection, Case Analysis, Professor Team, Project Management, Telemedicine Module, Medical Image Processing and Real Disease Analysis. With this platform, efficiency, safety and other aspects are promoted substantially.

This work is supported by the National Key Technology R&D Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China (2012BAJ18B07, 2012BAJ18B08). This work relies on rural key crowd nutrition and health key technology integration and application demonstration research (2012BAJ18B07-05, 2012BAJ18B07-08) and the rural three-level health service comprehensive demonstration research.
